Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Monkeydo and other services provided by MonkeySee. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Monkeydo helps customers connect authorized advertising accounts, archive advertising content and media, and analyze advertising performance. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your account.

Connected services and data

When you connect a Meta account, you authorize Monkeydo to access the ad accounts and Pages you select using the permissions shown during authorization. Your use of Meta products remains subject to Meta's terms and policies. You must have the rights and permissions needed to access and process any account, advertising content, or data you connect.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke Meta access or request deletion as described in our data deletion instructions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights, access accounts or data without authorization, distribute malicious code, interfere with the service, evade access limits or security controls, or resell or reverse engineer the service except where law permits.

Your content

You retain ownership of content and data you provide. You grant MonkeySee a limited right to host, copy, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your requests. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and use of the service comply with applicable law and platform policies.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may rely on third-party services whose availability we do not control. We may modify these terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or if continued operation is no longer practical. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. MonkeySee disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, MonkeySee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the service.
