Privacy Policy

MonkeySee operates Monkeydo, a service that helps customers archive and analyze their advertising content and performance. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Your name, email address, and information you provide when contacting us.
  • Meta account information. When you connect Facebook, we receive your Facebook user ID and name, an access token and its expiration date, and the ad accounts and Pages you choose to connect.
  • Advertising data. Ad account details, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative text and media, delivery status, spend, impressions, clicks, reach, and reporting breakdowns such as age range, gender, location, placement, and device.
  • Technical information. Basic request, device, security, and error information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

  • Connect the Facebook ad accounts and Pages you authorize.
  • Archive, organize, search, and display your advertising content and media.
  • Provide performance reporting and demographic, geographic, placement, and device insights.
  • Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Monkeydo.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.

Monkeydo requests the Meta permissions ads_read, business_management, pages_show_list, and pages_read_engagement. We use them only to provide the functions described above. We do not sell personal information or use Meta Platform Data for advertising to you.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that host, store, secure, or support Monkeydo; when you direct us to share it; or when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction. Service providers may process information only to perform services for us.

Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. We keep connected account information and archived advertising data while needed to provide Monkeydo, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Unlinking Facebook removes the stored connection token and stops future collection. Archived advertising records remain until you request deletion or they are no longer needed. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can unlink Facebook from Monkeydo settings and revoke Monkeydo in Facebook's Apps and Websites settings. You may also ask to access, correct, export, or delete your information. See our data deletion instructions. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.

Children

Monkeydo is a business service and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Monkeydo changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date.
