Data deletion instructions

You can stop Monkeydo from accessing Facebook at any time. In Monkeydo, open Settings and choose Unlink. You can also remove Monkeydo from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings. Unlinking removes the stored Facebook access token and connected account links and stops future collection.

Request full deletion

1. Email hello@monkeysee.ai from the email address associated with your Monkeydo account.
2. Use the subject Monkeydo data deletion request. You may include the Facebook ad account IDs you connected to help us locate the data.
3. We will verify the request and confirm when deletion is complete, normally within 30 days.

What we delete

A verified full-deletion request covers stored Facebook access tokens, Facebook user and ad account identifiers, connected Page information, archived ads and creative media, advertising performance and reporting data, and associated Monkeydo account information. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or when retention is required by law, then expire under our normal backup schedule.
